Porter Cardiology, a specialty practice located at Porter Hospital in Middlebury, is proud of our tradition of excellence in cardiac care. The cardiologists at Porter Cardiology offer patients convenient and high quality cardiac services. Our new internet-based tools (Patient Portal) increase heart health awareness in our community.

The Cardiology Team
We are a multidisciplinary team of experienced health care professionals, led by board-certified cardiologists, and connected with Porter’s primary care physician practices.
We work with your primary care physician to create a plan designed to provide comprehensive health care after discharge.
Our Porter Medical Center Team includes, Board-Certified Cardiologists, General Surgeons, Cardiac Nurses, Social Workers, Dieticians and Primary Care Physicians.
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Directions to Cardiology
From Route 7 North of Middlebury
- From Route 7, turn right onto Main Street/VT-125/VT-30
- Enter next roundabout and take first exit to stay on Main Street/VT-30
- Turn left onto South Street (if you reach Academy Street, you have gone too far)
- South Street becomes South Street Extension
- Turn left onto Porter Drive
- Turn quick left into the circular parking lot to use the Front Entrance of Porter Medical Center. Designated Cardiology patient parking spaces are to the left of the front entrance stairs.
- OR for Handicap Accessible continue straight to come in through the Emergency Department.
From Route 7 North of Middlebury
- From Route 7, continue straight until Route 7 becomes Court Street
- Turn left onto Cross Street (if you reach Mary Hogan Elementary Street, you have gone too far)
- Enter next roundabout and take second exit onto Main Street/VT-30
- Turn left onto South Street (if you reach Academy Street, you have gone too far)
- South Street becomes South Street Extension
- Turn left onto Porter Drive
