On November 6, Porter transitioned our hospital patient portal to MyChart.
This change completes the second and final phase of creating ONE patient portal to more connected, convenient, and secure health care.
Since 2019, Porter’s patients have used MyChart, the UVM Health Network’s patient portal, to view their medical information, test results, and request prescription renewals and appointments with their health care team.
What changed on November 6, 2021?
- Porter patients with MyChart now see more detailed information on inpatient hospital stays, emergency department visits, and outpatient rehabilitation therapy appointments.
- Porter’s legacy hospital patient portal will no longer be available to view medical records or appointments.
Log into MyChart
If you don’t already have a MyChart account with the University of Vermont Health Network, learn more about how to access your chart.
If you currently have a MyChart account, you won’t need to change a thing. All your information will now be available when you log in.

If you would like to access inpatient/ Emergency Room information from before November 6, 2021, would like a physical copy of your medical transcript or have general questions about your Medical Record please contact our Health Information Management department at 802-388-5658.
