Patient Portals

Patients may see some temporary changes in the way they experience MyChart. Some information will appear as scanned documents in the My Documents section for visits that occurred while the electronic health record was down. Upcoming appointments, messages, and some test results may take a little longer to appear in MyChart. For any urgent matters, patients should call their provider’s office.

New MyChart sign-ups and activations are temporarily unavailable.

Get to Know MyChart Porter Medical Center’s Patient Portals are online tools that help you to manage your healthcare easily and securely, allowing you to view your personal health record whenever and where ever you have access to the intranet.

Porter has two separate patient portals that you can access, depending on the service you are using:

You must sign up for each portal separately in order to use both. For more information, view our Portal FAQs.
