The generosity of community members has always played an important role in the progress and overall success of Porter Medical Center.
Our 2023 philanthropic priority is the Helen Porter Improvement Project and we hope you’ll consider directing your donation here. Helen Porter Rehabilitation and Nursing home, which has served as Addison County’s only skilled nursing facility since 1970, provides long-term care, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, palliative, and end-of-life care in one convenient location on the Porter campus. When you direct your donation to the Helen Porter Improvement Project, you are supporting critical updates for the aging facility.
You can also choose to donate to our Palliative Care Fund helping us provide comfort, care and compassion to patients and families as they face the many challenges of serious illnesses. Donations directed to our Unrestricted Fund will provide us with the flexibility to address Porter’s most pressing needs.
No matter how large or small a gift, your donations help fuel our mission to improve the health of our community, one person at a time.
