Eric Benz, MD
Dr. Eric Benz, a 1988 summa cum laude graduate of Middlebury College, was drawn back to the area in 2002 for its biking, skiing, hiking and way of life. He graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1994 and received his training in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center from 1995-1999. His practice includes evaluation and treatment of problems of the hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, hand, wrist, foot, ankle and spine. He has a special interest in joint replacement surgery, including anterior hip replacement, partial and total knee replacement. He is skilled in fracture treatment, arthroscopic surgery, and hand surgery. Dr. Benz served as an officer and orthopedic surgeon in the United States Air Force Medical Corps from 1999-2002.
