COMMUNITY HEALTH OUTREACH

Lifeline Program Assistant: (date posted 1/16/10) Part time, 8 hours per week position responsible for installation and troubleshooting Lifeline units in the homes of new and existing subscribers, providing instructions on use of Lifeline units to subscriber and family members, as well as maintenance and retrieval of units. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel a plus. Successful candidate must possess a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle insurance and provide own transportation for this position.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
